These two numbers A&B govern your custom bar length, how far the Moto Dock sits off the vehicle, and the hitch pin location.

This shows the Universal Dock Riser mount at its highest setting. Use this as the baseline reference before confirming clearance for a custom tray, spare wheel, rear bar or unique setup.
WHAT WE NEED

A + B DOES THE WORK.

Two numbers confirm the custom mount geometry. No guessing. No wrong bar length. No carrier sitting where it shouldn’t.

A MEASURE A INTERNAL DEPTH
FROM CENTRE PIN. This gives your hitch the maximum leverage strength for your custom dock mount.
Take the measurement in millimetres and make sure the tape is straight. Measure the internal depth from the pin centre on your hitch receiver. This helps give your hitch the maximum leverage for the dock mount. Push the tape all the way into the hitch receiver and confirm your pin centre depth.
B MEASURE B Dock Mount hitch length. This confirms how far the Moto Dock sits off the vehicle.
Measure from the hitch pin centre out to allow carrier clearance.
This measurement will allow you to position your carrier closer or further from the vehicle to allow for trays, canopies, spare wheels or vehicle bodies.
