By accessing the Website, placing an order, or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Failure to review or understand these Terms does not exempt you from their application.
1. Introduction
Welcome to ODYSSEY (“ODYSSEY”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Warranty Statement, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern:

By accessing the Website or purchasing from us, you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
We may correct errors or omissions (including pricing or availability) at any time, including after you place an order, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Eligibility, Accounts & Acceptable Use
-
You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to purchase from ODYSSEY.
-
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and the security of your account credentials.
-
You must not misuse the Website, including by scraping, interfering with security features, attempting unauthorised access, or using automated systems without permission.
4. Product Information & Advice
All Website content (including specifications, fitment guidance, images, and reviews) is provided as general information only and does not constitute professional advice.
You are responsible for:
-
confirming product suitability and compatibility;
-
following all instructions; and
-
operating products within stated ratings and limitations.
5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.
Pricing & GST
Prices are shown in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import charges.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods.
Third-party payment providers (including BNPL services) operate under their own terms.
Pre-Orders
Estimated arrival dates are guides only and may change due to manufacturing, supplier, or logistics factors.
6. Shipping & Delivery (Summary)
Shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and are not guarantees.
Risk & Title
Where ODYSSEY arranges the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address, or when left in accordance with delivery instructions you provide (including Authority-to-Leave).
Title to goods passes once full payment is received.
7. Returns & Refunds (Summary)
ODYSSEY® products are built and supplied with their intended use and application in mind.
Change of Mind
ODYSSEY® does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
custom or built-to-order products;
-
made-to-order items such as Moto Dock® systems and Cover-All® awnings;
-
products manufactured or configured specifically for a customer.
Custom & Built-to-Order Products
Custom and built-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed, as they are manufactured specifically for each customer.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this section limits, excludes, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
If a product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.
Important Notes
-
Customers are responsible for confirming suitability, compatibility, and intended use before purchase.
-
ODYSSEY® is not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout.
8. Warranty (Summary)
Certain ODYSSEY® products include warranties, including up to 10-year manufacturing warranties on specified products.
Warranty coverage, exclusions, cosmetic wear, corrosion, environmental exposure, and conditions are detailed in our Warranty Statement and on relevant product pages.
Your rights under ACL remain unaffected.
9. Promotions, Discounts & Gifts-with-Purchase
Unless stated otherwise:
-
promotions and discount codes cannot be combined;
-
offers run for the stated time or while stocks last.
If items are returned from a bundled purchase or promotion, any free or promotional items must also be returned, or their value may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
No retrospective price adjustments are provided unless required by law.
10. Intellectual Property & Media
All Website content (including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to ODYSSEY.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written consent.
11. User-Generated Content
By submitting, tagging, or sharing content with ODYSSEY or using our hashtags, you grant ODYSSEY a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable licence to use that content for any purpose, including marketing.
You warrant that you have the rights to grant this licence.
12. Safety, Fitment & Operating Conditions
Fitment
You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your vehicle or setup before purchase.
Loads & Conditions
Published load ratings, operating limits, wind ratings, and usage conditions must be followed at all times.
Installation
Professional installation is strongly recommended for vehicle-mounted systems and electrical components.
Improper installation, misuse, or operation outside stated specifications may void express warranties.
This does not limit your rights under ACL.
13. Resale & Distribution
You must not represent yourself as an authorised reseller or distribute ODYSSEY® products without prior written consent.
14. Indemnity & Liability
You indemnify ODYSSEY against losses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of products.
To the extent permitted by law, ODYSSEY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Where liability cannot be excluded under ACL, liability is limited to the remedies required by law.
15. Site Availability & Security
We take reasonable steps to maintain site availability and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Unauthorised access attempts may result in access restrictions and legal action.
16. Force Majeure
ODYSSEY is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier delays, transport failures, or government actions.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts and relevant appellate courts.
